Awakening The Soul

This Sheng Zhen Qigong comprises eight gentle m ovements which renew the mind, body and heart connection. These meditative movements refresh and purify the Qi in the body, and, open the heart to a deeper experience of unconditional love.
When the heart is opened, the experience is like breathing fresh life into the body. This becomes the doorway to freedom, clarity, and better health. One gains a deeper understanding of life and what truly matters.

These movements are done while sitting on a chair and can be performed by all levels of practitioner.

Sheng Zhen Meditation

Meditation is usually considered non-movement at the physical level, while the mind is engaged in a visualization or contemplation. There are two Sheng Zhen practices which suit this style of meditation. In addition, there are many Sheng Zhen practices which combine movement, stillness, and meditation/contemplation. For those who have difficulty 'quieting' the mind, these practices enable one to merge movement with meditation, finding stillness even while the body is active.

Healing the Heart & Embracing Peace Qigong

This practice helps to balance the energetic heart and free the practitioner of the stress and anxiety that often affects the physical heart and chest.   As the qi flows through the body during the practice, gradually, it does its work of balancing and expanding the heart, increasing the practitioners capacity for compassion and flexibility.  With an open, balanced heart, the movements of the second part of this Qigong help the practitioner to experience a deeper level of peace internally, and externally.

Kuan Yin Standing Qigong

The practice of Kuan Yin Standing Qigong gifts the practitioner with the experience of the sacredness of his/her body. As the qi flows through the body through the practice, little by little, it does its work of opening the heart of the practitioner, releasing the suppleness and the compassion of the original heart. This suppleness and flexibility is mirrored in the physical body through these ten graceful movements.

Jesus Standing Qigong

The purpose of practicing Jesus Standing Qigong is to experience heaven's power in the body and in one's being. The inherent beauty of the movements draw out the experience of pure love. There is nothing more powerful than the power of unconditional love. It is experienced in compassion, in forgiveness, and in wisdom. And it is also experienced in pure power - in the power that creates, in the power that transforms. One merges into this all-encompassing power in the practice of Jesus Standing Qigong.

Kuan Yin Sitting Qigong

All throughout, this qigong is guided by the spiritual, the purpose of human life, and one's own will. Beauty and love can awaken one's consciousness. This is the purpose of this set of qigong - to sustain one in the quest for love and the search for inner peace and tranquility. This qigong stretches the body and mind, and creates a stronger sense of balance.

Sheng Zhen Healing Qigong

Sheng Zhen Healing Qigong is guided by the spirit of unconditional love, the highest, most sacred truth. This restorative medical Qigong blends an ancient healing tradition with ten gentle meditative movements, performed while seated on a chair, to reduce stress, strengthen vital energy, and improve health at all levels. The underlying purpose of this practice is to experience the opening of the heart and the stillness of the mind - to experience Sheng Zhen.

Meditative Walking Qigong

This is a unique program incorporating breathing techniques and meditative movements that are easily learned, to balance the Qi and access the body's healing potential.  This Qigong has been used successfully in China for many years as a complement to traditional and Western medical treatments.
